We work closely with our clients to understand their goals and what they want to accomplish, and help them . Our approach involves 5 basic steps: Familiarize, Plan, Design, Build, and Test.
Familiarize
This step could also be called "Getting to Know Each Other." This is often an informal, but very important step in the process where we get to know more about your company, and you get to know more about us. This is where we learn how big your company is, how much you are willing to spend to develop your web presence, who your target audience is, your goals for your project, and how you see Phase 3 Solutionfitting into the plans for your project. You then learn what we have to offer, and how we can help you achieve success.
Plan
Once we have gotten to know each other, we can take what we have learned and iron out a plan of attack for your project. We've been around long enough that we know how to build a website to suit almost any budget. During this part of the process, we work with you to make decisions on how we want to proceed with your site.
Design
The design process involves much more than simply creating a template with your logo and color scheme. In this process, we help you design your content and menu structure to make your site as easy and intuitive as possible for your customers to navigate. We then take that structure and design a template to lay out the elements of your site with a consistent and coherent look and feel.
Build
Once we have planned and designed your site, it is time to put it into practice. We work to make sure that your site is informative and intuitive, and that it meets XHTML, CSS, and accessibility standards. We know Joomla!, and we make it easy for you to get your site up and running quickly.
Test
Nobody's perfect, which is why we test every site we build for browser compatibility (even the dreaded Internet Explorer 6), accessibility standards, and overall usability. Once we are all satisfied that the site is ready, we go live!
