Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create engaging social media posts, reels, and short videos for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Develop creative concepts and storytelling for campaigns and content series
  • Use AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or similar software to enhance content quality and speed
  • Add voiceovers, animations, and visual effects to videos where needed
  • Monitor content performance and optimize for audience engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy

Skills & Expertise

✅ Strong experience in social media content creation
✅ Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
✅ Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and workflow automation
✅ Video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video production
✅ Understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and platform algorithms
✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but proven experience in social media content creation is equally valued
